     i bought this new for christmas firdt time using it wont scan or even turn on plugged up to 2011 mercedes e 350 works fine on 08 clk and everything else need help sn # md8315002880

     Use a volt meter and check for power to the obdii port and that the fuse for the data link connector is not blown. Pin 16 should be power and pin 5 ground.
